If you are not delighted with your purchase from, you may return the item (new, unused, unmarked, and undamaged) if it is not personalized with monogramming or other markings, in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Corporate returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To return your item:

- You must contact to obtain a Return Authorization Email and instructions. No returns will be processed without a printed copy of the Return Authorization Email issued by our returns department included within the package. 

- Complete the return form in its entirety by providing your name, email, home address, full daytime contact information and product information for expedited service.

- Please note that all items must be individually boxed. Use care in your packing method. Items with shoulder straps should have the shoulder straps placed inside the item. On items with handles, the handles must be positioned away from the body of a bag to prevent impressions in the leather. Totes and handbags must have their straps tucked into the item. Items that are damaged because the shoulder strap was not placed properly inside the bag will not be credited.

- Ensure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. The responsibility will be that of the carrier. As such, we recommend that you ship your item in a manner that will allow you to track your shipment (UPS, FedEx, Express Mail, etc.)

- Credit will be issued if all criteria are met.  Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded.  While credits are issued to your credit card company immediately upon acceptance, please allow time for your credit card company to show the transaction – it usually takes 24 hours before the refund will appear on your credit card statement.

Returning a Gift:

New, unused, unmarked, and undamaged merchandise that is currently part of our product line and does not have monogramming or personalization, may be returned for in-house merchandise credit or for an immediate exchange if the criteria for returns, as listed above, are met. The retail value of your item will be applied towards the current price of the item(s) you would like in exchange. We will not issue credit for any difference in cost if the item that you would like to send for an exchange has a higher price than the item that you would like as a replacement. If the new item(s) that you want to purchase has a greater cost, you will be responsible for the difference in cost plus shipping charges. If the total item costs are equal, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping. Please follow the Returns instructions above so that we may process your exchange.
