  • Who do I email or call if I have a question?

Please email your question to tannare.info@gmail.com. Or, if you would prefer to call, dial (210) 490-8505 with any questions. Our office is open from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm CST (Central standard time), Monday through Friday. We will be happy to help you with product choices and special orders.

  • Is your website secure?

Yes – Tannare.com implements industry standard security policies to protect you while you shop. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission and transactions. We utilize the Shopify platform and as such, Tannare.com will NEVER see your credit card number. Shopify protects your privacy and information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all information that you input. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished if you are using a shared computer.

  • Can I order by telephone?

Yes. Please call (210) 490-8505 and we’ll be happy to take your order over the phone or answer any questions that you may have. You will be asked for the item number(s) of the product(s) that you would like to order, so please have the item numbers or descriptions on hand.  

  • Can I order if I am outside of the U.S.A.?

Yes. We will ship your order via Express Mail Service. Most shipments will arrive in 3-5 business days. However, this will depend on the speed of the local customs office of the recipient and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the recipient may be required to pay duties and taxes based on the laws of their respective country.

      • How do I add an item to my shopping cart?

Once you find an item that you like, select a color choice (if the option is available on that item) and then click on “Add to Cart”. The item will stay in your shopping cart until you are ready to check out. You can add as many items to your shopping cart as you like.

  • How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

Click on the shopping cart link at the top of any page and you will be directed to your shopping cart. Click the box marked “remove” next to the item that you no longer want. You can easily add it back to the shopping cart at a later time.

  • Will the items in my shopping cart be saved if I have to leave the site?

If you have registered for a member account with Tannare.com, you are automatically provided with a "members cart". To save items in your members’ cart, please make sure that you are logged in to the website before closing your browser. The next time that you come back to the store, simply log in again and your item(s) will still be in the cart.

  • How do I change my order?

Once you submit an order over the internet, your order is immediately processed and, depending on the time of day, can be shipped in as quickly as 15 minutes from the time that your payment transaction is approved. In most cases, we will be able to make changes to your order if you call us within an hour of the time that you place your order. If you placed your order after work hours, overnight, on the weekend, or during an official holiday, please call on the morning of the following business day.
